How do I start earning money?

You can immediately start earning a commission by becoming a “referral partner” in our affiliate program (a partner referring visitors from his web site through a link to us) and by providing the required links on your web site. (Read the affiliate program agreement and send us the registration form, if you want to participate in the affiliate program). If visitors of your web site click on your links to Trio, their path will be tracked by our system. You will receive a commission for (1) visitors becoming paying customers of Trio, and for (2) visitors who become members of our affiliate program, then earning commissions themselves by referring additional visitors to the program.
You will receive % of the net gaming of the customers you referred to us, plus % to % of the commission earned by other webmasters referred by you to our affiliate program.

What is „net gaming“?

“Net gaming" is a term used in the calculation of the commission, which you as referral partner of our affiliate program receive each month. If you refer a new customer to Trio, you will monthly earn a percentage portion of the gross earnings, Trio obtains from this customer. The net gaming per customer is the customer's account deposit sum, minus the amount the customer withdrew from this game account, minus the customer’s current account balance. Essentially, the net gaming per customer is the amount, the customer lost after having staked it on our online games. As referral partner, you receive X% of the monthly gross receipts (“net gaming”), obtained from all customers Trio acquired by you.

What is a “Referral Code”?

The referral code is used by our system to track the visitors’ path from your web site to Trio. You obtain a special referral code for the internet address you enter in the box entitled “URL to your  web site” on the registration form of our affiliate program. Each referral code is only assigned once. It is linked with your individual user profile.
Every time you establish a link to TrioPoker, the referral code must be used correctly. If your network consists of several pages, every single internet site is assigned its own referral code, which is to be used only, if exactly on this site a link is established. Via your online access for referral partners, you can obtain additional referral codes to be used on the other web sites of your network.

Where can I see how much I have earned?

If you are a registered referral partner in our affiliate program, you have access to a secure online data summary, where you can see your current statistics at any time. The database will permanently update your referral statistics.

My statistics does not seem to reflect the number of customers I referred.

1) Make sure to use the correct referral link and the correct referral code.
2) Note that you will receive a compensation for the referral of new customers to Trio only. You will not receive any commission for the referral of a customer, if this customer had already been a registered customer before.

How much can I earn if I make other webmasters joining the affiliate program?

In our affiliate program, referral partners cannot only earn money by referring gaming customers, but also by getting other webmasters to become active members of the affiliate program. Your monthly commission can add up quickly!
If somebody clicks on the link on your web site and becomes member of the affiliate program, he will become your so-called sub-partner. Also somebody clicking the link on the web site of your sub-partner and registering as member of the affiliate program will become your sub-partner (on the second sub-level). You can start a whole family of sub-partners on as many as five sub-levels, thus obtaining a percentage of each commission earned by a sub-partner earns on one of the five different sub-levels. The commission you will obtain by referring a sub-partner is calculated as percentage of the commission earned by this sub-partner. The percentage used as a basis for the calculation of your compensation is subject to the level of your sub-partner, as you can take from the following table:

My net gaming commission has dropped since last month. What happened?

That usually means, that a customer or several customers you referred to Trio were lucky in the online games. That might seem to be negative for you in the short run, but this way, an honest gaming organizer will remain successful in the long run. Winning gamblers are happy and will probably play with the gaming organizer for a long time.

I cannot log into the online data summary, because I forgot my password! What shall I do?

Go to the site for restoring user data and enter your user name in the relevant field. If your user name is registered in our database, you will receive an e-mail with your password.
