TrioPoker is strongly committed to data protection. The following information is a summary of TrioPoker’s data protection policy.

Information on the web site

To determine a statistical value of the visitor frequency and to be able to manage the web site in accordance with the volume, the IP addresses of the visitors are automatically recorded.  We, however, do NOT store any e-mail addresses of our web site visitors.

Advertising

Our advertising program records IP addresses, e.g., to be able to send more detailed information e-mails e.g. in the correct language.  No e-mail addresses are recorded.

Personal data to be provided when opening an account

All data relating to the opening of accounts are subject to data protection. In NO CASE will we pass your information on to outsiders. Data like e-mail address or other personal data are subject to data protection. We require your personal data just to be able to send you checks or other forms of payment in accordance with the data protection provisions and excluding misuse by third parties.  We use e-mail addresses for the communication with you. For instance, you will be e-mailed with all information concerning your account. This also concerns special activities and, of course, payment and withdrawal transactions effected for your TrioPoker account. If you do not want to be listed and do not want to receive information from Titan Poker, please send an empty e-mail with the reference “remove me from the mailing list" to support@triopoker.com.

Winnings

Your winnings will be treated as strictly confidential and information concerning your winnings will be stored under highest security standards. TrioPoker will reveal information about winners only if forced by court decision.

Safety and Security

We assure you to do our utmost to keep your information under maximum safety at any time. All information shall be stored encrypted and making use of all security measures like fire walls etc. Please direct all queries regarding our security standards to our customer service, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
